I thought I'd stop by and say hello, I hope everyone's had a good wk my daughter Mandy, Mason and I enjoyed our time away Tuesday and Wednesday until arriving home about 5pm Wed but it was wonderful to spend the quality time together, Mandy smokes but I have no desire to go backwards but I love going forward and stacking up my DOF, keep your chin up if you're struggling and grab onto the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE! You will get through the rough patches it's absolutely Doable and and definitely worth it so hang on tight and don't let go until you come out the other side smiling which you will but you must stick with your quit because after decades upon decades upon decades upon decades of smoking it only stands to reason that it's going to take time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch of cigarettes so keep moving forward and this evening you can say YAY for Another Day WON! N.O.P.E works when applied on a daily basis because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option!
