Happy Hump Day!

It's 1:45 Atlantic time and hubby and I are home, I got him to help me stir up a batch of bread so I wouldn't have to frig on Saturday plus there's only two loaves left in the freezer and the way hubby and Mason go through it I figured I might just as well do it today because I'm already exhausted and hopefully this wk end I can relax especially with Saturday being Canada Day. I hated getting up at 5 am this morning and rushing to be out of here by 6:45 to be at my appointment which was two hours away but I have to say that it's definitely less hectic getting ready without sucking on a half dozen cancer sticks and 4 or 5 coffees and still not being awake or ready and I probably would've had to get up at 4 o'clock, yay for quitting smoking and sticking with it because believe it or not life is grand without a cigarette in hand and I'm never going back to the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison. N. O. P. E.  - Not One Puff Ever will give us a beautiful smoke free life along with vigilance because I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that there's life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic so if you're struggling to remain quit then you must hang on tight and don't let go until you get through the rough patches because going back to another day one would really suck big time but another Day WON should make you smile big time!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
