It was a chilly morning at 41 degrees but it's warming up nicely now, I know that anyone in the throws of a horrendous craving probably thinks I'm nuts when I'm pushing for you to stick with your quit well I don't blame you because I felt that way at times too but I was stubborn and held on with just my fingernails at times but hey, yay I made it through so please hang onto the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE! Each day you get through is another day Won! Plus each day will get just a little bit easier until one day you'll realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks so hang on and keep stacking up your smoke free days one precious one at a time, oh and by the way I won't be here in the morning because I have an appointment a couple of hrs away and I need to get up at 5 am and be out of here at 5:45 at the latest so hubby is taking a vacation day to take me but I'll be around sometime in the afternoon, hugs.
