Life really does get better with time under our belts most of us Exers smoked 30, 40 or even 50 years so if you think about it, it stands to reason that we're going to go through some horrid withdrawals and cravings in the first few weeks of quitting and then it's most likely to take several more weeks to relearn different ways of handling life's everyday living because smoking pretty much took up all of our waking hrs and every single thing we did was wrapped right around the smokes or maybe I should say the smokes were wrapped right around us like a phone call, a drive, an upset, being happy, a job well done, a failed job, we were slaves to the addiction but I'm living a life of Freedom now and so is thousands and thousands of people and many are right here on this site so quit smoking if you haven't already and if you are struggling please don't throw your quit away, chin up and grab onto the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE!!! Because our lives literally depends on us to stick to our precious quit and remember that anything on the face of this earth that's worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking and Remaining Quit absolutely should be at the top of the list! Believe in yourself and know that you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time or one second, minute or hr as long as you keep moving you'll be able to say at the end of the day Yay for another DAY WON!
