It's also Hump Day, yay for all the Monday to Friday working folks, plus it's also the Summer Solstice so all the days will get shorter now but that's A OK because we've got all Summer and Fall ahead of us now! Let's enjoy as much of it as we can and the best part of it is we get to do it all Smoke Free right? if you are having a rough patch that seems to be hanging on way too long, get busy doing something anything at all and if you are still tempted to throw your quit away then sit on your hands because you can't smoke with no hands but seriously come on site blog Help and wait for a few minutes or so because before long they'll be several people to help you through. Quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable and it's also a choice between life and breath and ultimately death very possibly smoking related, I am one of the many people that quit for my health because when I found out that I have mild copd I realized that I wasn't invincible that I didn't want to end up on oxygen 7/ 24 or worse so I bit the bullet and stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life after 40 yrs of smoking at least 30 smokes a day and at least half a dozen half hearted failed attempts at quitting but educating myself right here on this site strengthened my resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and which I did with all of you helping me through the rough patches  so if you are struggling with remaining quit then stay close and read, blog, comment but stick with your quit choose to remain smoke Free, you can and will be successful one precious smoke free, second, minute, hour or day as long as you keep moving forward in your journey to living a life of Freedom then you'll be A OK! Life really does get better and better with time under your belt, I'm getting closer and closer to three precious smoke free years I never thought in a million years that I could quit smoking but I was willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can too! Now I remain vigilant while reaping the benefits of an Ex Smoker because life is Grand without a cigarette in hand,

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
