I really do remember my first few days and wks of my quit and I pray that I'll always remember the rough patches because I never ever want to become complacent and take my quit for granted, so all of us Exers we need to remain vigilant while going about our daily lives because Freedom to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however is sooooooo much better than standing outside somewhere in whatever the weather sucking on a cancer stick. Our lives and the lives of our family are counting on us to remain quit so hopefully we'll be around a few years longer. I don't have many pics of my husband and the grandchildren together, this pic was taken last Christmas so I'll share it with you because they are a huge part of of why I protect the best gift that I've given myself which is my precious quit which is also the gift of LIFE! Mason got off the bus here yesterday and spent the night with Gramp & I with no smoke breaks because we don't do that anymore, yay for Smoke Free Living, life really does get better and better!
