Wishing everyone the best day possible, it was a really chilly morning again 39° F outside and only 62 inside brrrrrrrr, we get one or 2 gorgeous temps then 3 or 4 chilly days, we're supposed to get showers the next 4 days off and on but we need rain again, I won't smoke over the crappy weather though or anything else, let's always remain vigilant while going about our daily lives because vigilance is key to a lifetime of Freedom! If anyone is struggling this morning please keep moving forward, chin up and grab on tight and don't let go because you can and will get through these rough patches, get busy doing something anything at all and if you are still tempted to throw your quit away then sit on your hands because you can't smoke for sure then! Stick with your quit because life is going to get better and better with time but you must go through roller coaster ups and downs first but it's 100% worth it all to be FREE!
