Like most things in life, smoking is a choice so when choosing to quit the more we read and learn about the addiction the better, I know for me when I found this site 3 yrs ago in June I read everything I could about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit it really strengthened my resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom, I signed up here and put in my quit date then forgot about it  until I was on my 18th day and was ready to scream and drive to the grocery store and buy a carton of cigarettes instead of just a pk I was having a crave that was almost overpowering notice I said almost that's when I remembered this site and logged on commented on something and someone came on and welcomed me to the site and suggested that I write a blog and tell everyone a little about myself so I did and the rest is history, quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable, with the right mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to, believe in yourself, be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time. We're all here for each other and we know that each and every person who wants to quit smoking can and we are here to help you through the roller coaster ups and downs and let you know that there's life after cigarettes but you must stick with your quit and relearn life without the cancer sticks but you can do it so keep stacking up those days because each one you get through is another day WON! - N.O.P.E -  Not One Puff Ever - will give you a beautiful Smoke Free Life.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
