If you are still smoking and are thinking about quitting then this is the right place to be because with the right mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to and quitting smoking and Remaining Quit is at the top of my list so read everything you can right here which will strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom because there's definitely life after cigarettes but you must go through the roller coaster ups and downs first and relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch but it's very Doable and worth it to be able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a disgusting cancer stick but unfortunately it's going to take some time because if you stop to think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's going to take some time to feel comfortable in your own skin but you will, I smoked for 40 yrs and never thought in a million years that I could get through a wk smoke free let alone heading for 3 glorious yrs of Freedom the middle of July but I'll always remain vigilant while reaping the benefits of an Ex Smoker. Quit smoking if you haven't yet and if you're struggling to hang on, please hold on tight to the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE, blog Help so we can try to help you through the rough patches! The bottom line is that the choice in most things in life is ours to make and that includes smoking or quitting so choose to be FREE, chin up and grab onto Freedom and don't let go until you come out the other side smiling. I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
