Hang on tight to your quit!

Life is going to happen whether we smoke or not so please choose to protect your quit with your life because our lives literally depends on us remaining smoke free, things good or bad is going to take place but we really can get through any situation without relapsing and it will get easier and easier as time goes on but you must hang on tight to the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE so don't throw your hands up in the air and give in instead get busy doing something anything at all, come here and read write a blog ,go for a walk if you can take deep breaths and tell yourself that you will not smoke because you don't do that anymore but the bottom line is it's your choice and I really hope that you continue to choose life over the death sticks because once you get through the rough patches and come out the other side smiling there's no going backwards to that Day ONE and those first days and wks no way no how let's keep stacking up those precious Days WON! N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever along with Vigilance will give us a beautiful smoke free life but the choice is ours and ours alone to make!
