Another Hump Day is here!

Choosing to quit smoking was and is the best decision that any of us will make in our lives, I just realized that our friend and fellow Exer Pops splendiforous entrance into the 6 % club, his ginormous 1 year milestone landed on a Hump Day, wowser, isn't that Great? Be sure to enjoy your evening Ken because you deserve to celebrate your special day. Life really does get easier and easier as time goes on, so if any of you are having a rough patch this morning please get busy doing something anything because you can and will get through it so don't throw your hands up in the air and give up instead stand firm and keep stacking up those precious smoke free days because there's definitely life after cigarettes ask anyone of us Exers that has stuck to our quits and have made it through the roller coaster ups and downs and are now in a good place in our quits ask us how we like our smoke free lives Now! And I know that for me I can tell you that life is grand without a cigarette in hand but you must stick with your quit to reap the benefits of an Ex Smoker!
