I know that many regions of the States as well as Canada are getting buckets of rain ugh but we did see a day of sunshine here on Wednesday, but it's rain for the next 7 days yuck with flooding in many areas but I won't be smoking over the weather or anything else because I'm secure in my quit and have been for quite some time and I also remain vigilant while enjoying my Freedom so if you are struggling with your quit, know that you can and will be successful as long as you believe in yourself, be willing, determined and committed, if you're living by N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever then how can you fail? Choose Life because believe it or not there's absolutely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic so stick with your quit and keep stacking up those precious smoke free days, it's going to take some time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch of smoking but it's so worth it to be FREE!
