I really hope everyone will enjoy a stressfree, hasslefree and most importantly a smokefree day because life is going to happen whether we smoke or not so I really hope that everyone chooses NOT, lately I've been a little off but there's lots happening which is part of life. We had a little get together for Mason's 8th Birthday at lunchtime yesterday and after everyone left i felt exhausted so I was going to lie down for a bit which I never do but the phone rang and my daughter's friend who is like a daughter to me too wanted to come over and go for a drive so she did and we did and she smokes, to make this long story short even after 986 days of living smoke free and loving my Freedom in my state of mind yesterday I just might have smoked a disgusting cancer stick BUT THANKFULLY I WAS VIGILANT!!! I'm no different than anyone else because this addiction is a life long addiction but we can and will continue this wonderful lifelong journey of remaining Free and reaping the benefits of being a happy carefree Exer by remaining vigilant while enjoying life, protecting our hard earned quits is the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of life!
