It's Mason's 8th Birthday today, wow, it's hard to believe that it's been 8 yrs ago that I was holding him in my arms when he was 3 hrs old , we're going to have a little party here with just the family at lunch time because we had the big birthday party at the bowling alley three wks ago for both grandsons birthdays so today will be pizza and then off shopping for the birthday boy with his parents to spend his birthday cash.  life as an Ex Smoker is absolutely Doable and if you haven't figured that out yet then maybe now is the time to bite the bullet and stop playing Russian Roulette with your life and read everything you can about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit because there's a wealth of information right here to strengthen your resolve to quit and live a life of Freedom. I honestly never believed in a million years that I could quit smoking after 40 yrs of slavery to the disgusting Cancer Sticks but once I found out that I have mild copd I realized that I wasn't invincible that I didn't want to end up on oxygen 7/24 or worse so here I am hanging out with all of you my friends and fellow Exers smiling  and reaping the benefits of an Exer at 985 glorious smoke free days and counting WTG ME, WTG each and everyone of you who's stacking up your precious DOF.  life is way too short to knowingly continue to slowly kill yourself so come on over and join the ranks of an Ex Smoker, it's not easy by no means but boy oh boy it's absolutely Doable and and definitely worth it to be FREE.  Here's a pic of Mason yesterday he built a small Fort on his bed with snacks and water and even kleenex ,he didn't go to school because he wasn't feeling well so Grammy pampered him and by the end of the day he was feeling much better. 20170324_140544.jpg

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
