Mason got off the bus here yesterday and spent the night, I got him up and ready for school then my poor little Mack Attack vomited while he was brushing his teeth! Guess who didn't go to school today? He's stretched out in the bedroom watching TV. It's only 3 degrees outside but it's sunny so that's a good thing, I'm really hoping that anyone that's struggling with quitting smoking and Remaining Quit that you will take a few deep breaths and start believing in yourself and be willing to go through the initial ups and downs that may take a few weeks or longer to get through but you must stick with your quit, Chin up and know in your heart and soul that you will be successful one precious smoke free day at a time. Most of us smoked 30, 40 and some for 50 yrs or more that's right here on this site that's been living a life of Freedom for a few yrs now, we all know that Quitting Smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is worth every rough patch that you got to go through because once you get to that good place then and only then will you start to reap the benefits of an Ex Smoker!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
