It's my son's 34th birthday today, he quit smoking 3 yrs ago in January, he smoked for 20 yrs, my husband Mark will have 3 yrs in April 25th, he smoked for 42 yrs and I'm following along with 3 yrs of smoke free living on the 14th of July! If you haven't quit smoking yet, now is the time to take back your life while you're still vertical. There's never going to be a good time to quit smoking and once yo do quit you must remember while you're in the throws of a horrendous craving and I can tell you from EXperince that people won't stop and think of being a little kinder to you because you are quitting my younger sister had me so stressed out around my 30 day mark , we were on the phone talking and I got so upset that I threw my cordless phone across the room. I wanted a cigarette soooooooo bad but I got on line instead of focusing on a smoke and someone helped me through it, quitting smoking is the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE! Remember that anything in life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list and Remaining Quit needs to be our # 1 priority because the older we get the more vital it is to quit!
