Share your quitting journey
I want everyone to realize how much better life is without the crutch of smoking but you can't throw your hands up in the air and give up on your quit because you'll never get to that good place if you give up too soon, there were times in the early wks and months of my quit that I thought I was going to crawl out of my skin, my moods were all over the place, I might be crying one second and be laughing the next. Nobody including my grown children wanted to be around me which suited me just fine but my grandchildren were the EXception because they were the bright spot especially Mason because I had him most days and they were and are the main reason that I stuck with my quit because I need to be as healthy as I can be so I can be around to watch them grow up. Quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable and Remaining Quit is absolutely Doable too, I know that I sound like a broken record but I want everyone to feel like I do which is FREE to enjoy going anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without wandering where to sneak off to suck on a disgusting cancer stick and smell like a stinky old ashtray, I don't miss those days at all so stick with your quit because life really is going to get easier but you need to go through whatever cravings and whatever else first so don't give up keep plowing forward and stacking up your precious smoke free days. I better get going my 90 yr old mother in law and I have an appointment which I got to take us too and yay for being an Exer because I don't need any smoke breaks because I don't do that anymore, life just keeps getting better and better as an Ex Smoker!
