I haven't caught the news yet this morning but I hope everyone in the path of this massive storm got through it ok, I had a hard time getting to sleep last night with the wind howling I thought the house was going to come off the foundation but of course it didn't and I never lost power, I'm always protecting my quit by being vigilant while going about my day so if I am blindsided by a blizzard or any unexpected situation and the thought of oh just 1 cigarette won't hurt you, well thankfully by always being in protective mode over the best gift that I've ever or will ever give myself I can smile and give my head a couple of shakes and say that I don't do that anymore and so can you! In the early days, wks and possibly even months I remember having several rough patches where I thought I'd crawl right out of my skin or scream and tear my hair out or maybe rip someone's face off, my moods were all over the place but with the help of these wonderful people on this site they helped me get through the roller coaster ups and downs to come out the other side smiling because after 40 yrs of smoking l was taking back my life from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison and so can you! Quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but boy oh boy it's absolutely Doable and so very worth it all to be FREE! Getting ready for bed this evening you can look in the mirror with a big grin and say YAY FOR ANOTHER DAY WON!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
