My husband and I went to my friends wake but I let the family know that we couldn't make the funeral because of the grandchildren's birthday party at the bowling alley which they understood because my daughter only gets every 3rd wk end off. We were celebrating life while 20 miles down the road was a funeral which in all likely hood smoking probably snuffed his life out several yrs sooner than it had to be, cancer, smoking and oxygen machines makes me very sad. We need to take EXtra good care of ourselves now while we're still vertical and do whatever we can to be as healthy as we can for as long as we can there's so many things that are out of our control but smoking isn't one of them, smoking is a choice so please choose to take back your life, quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely Doable and Remaining Quit is also very Doable and worth it all to be FREE! No smoke breaks for me Yay!
