Good morning friends and fellow Exers, I actually got a half decent nights sleep so I feel almost human yay for me. I went to bed at 9 o'clock last night I was thinking about all of us Exers and the folks here reading and debating whether to quit smoking or not, it's definitely time to take back your life, I can tell you along with many others I'm sure that if you're waiting for a good time to quit believe me when I say there's never going to be a good time so prepare yourself for the best decision that you're ever going to make, set your quit date, bite the bullet, Chin up, hang tough, stick close to this site because we're all here for you, keep reading everything you can because there's a wealth of information to strengthen your resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb and start living a life of Freedom so as long as you are willing, determined and totally committed to succeed then you can and will be successful. Quitting smoking is definitely difficult but absolutely Doable and so very worth it to be FREE! Live a life of - N.O.P.E  - Not One Puff Ever will give you a life of Freedom  -  S.I.N.A.O  -  Smoking is not an option  - H.A.L.T  - Hunger, Anger, lonely, tired  - taking care of ourselves will ensure a successful quit along with vigilance so hang on tight and keep moving forward through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings to come out the other side smiling, it's going to definitely take some time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch but remember that it's going to happen but anything in this life worth having takes time and most of us smoked for decades, I smoked for 40 yrs so don't throw your hands up in the air and give up instead keep stacking up those precious smoke free days because each day you get through is ANOTHER DAY WON!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
