My tablet informed me last night that it needed to do an update so I chose between 2 and 5 am, I slept in until 8: 30 actually the phone got me up. I turned my tab E on and it was doing it's business, anyway I hope everyone will have a great day and the next time I turn on my tablet will be to the new platform which should be great. My Dad and I had a wonderful visit with my sister she's really doing fantastic and shouldn't be at the rehabilitation hospital too long. Let's continue to enjoy our Freedom while remaining vigilant and protecting our hard earned quits, let's never become so complacent that we take it for granted because we all know that it only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit and that would be totally horrible to throw away the best gift that we've ever given ourselves! N.O.P.E. - Not One Puff Ever - will give us a beautiful life that's Free from the cancer sticks and let's face the fact that Quitting Smoking is absolutely Doable and Remaining Quit is also very Doable and once we realize that then we know that S.I. N. A. O. - Smoking is not an option because we need to be able to breathe and smoking can and will take our breath away! Breathing is essential to living so let's protect our quits with our lives because our lives literally is depending on it.....
