Young people just don't think sometimes, my daughter Mandy picked Mason up last night and told me her man couldn't bring Mason here  this morning because he was picking up a couple of people to travel to his job no problem except no one bothered to tell me that he worked it out so he could, Mandy needs to be at work for 7am and her job is 45 minutes away in good travel weather which it is today so I set my alarm for 6 o'clock and 50 minutes later I was worried so I called thinking they all were late getting moving Mason said they'd be over soon another half hr and then Mason and his Dad showed up, he said that he worked it out so he could bring my little Mack attack over and that Mandy got to work on time ugh. I was getting worried a quick phone call would have been nice last night then I could've slept in until 7:15 or so ugh again, hubby got him off to school and himself off to work, I threw in a load of laundry first thing this morning picked up hubby's clothes off the floor and made his bed and of course didn't I throw in the one pair of long johns that he wanted to wear ugh,ugh and ugh, that wasn't a good way to start the day but whew thankfully smoking isn't an issue because I won't let anything get in the way of my quit, I may have over 2 and a half yrs in now but even in the early days, wks and months of my quit things like this happened but even then I promised myself that I wouldn't smoke no matter what at times I wanted to rip my hair out or maybe instead rip somebody's face off but I wasn't going to smoke. N.O. P. E. - Not One Puff Ever - works if you apply it daily because we all know that life happens whether we smoke or not so please choose NOT!!! once you realize that S. I.N.A.O - Smoking is not an option - then and only then you can start to reap the benefits of being an EXer because life really does get easier and easier without the crutch but you must go through the struggles and mood swings to come out the other side smiling and each evening you can look in the mirror and say YAY FOR ANOTHER DAY WON !

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
