Share your quitting journey
It's going to be another snapping cold night at -8 °F or colder but I know how blessed I am to have a roof over my head and lots of wood for the furnace plus food in the cupboards, fridge and freezer and I wised up two and a half years ago and quit smoking so I can enjoy going places without wondering where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick and also my sister Marion called a little while ago and was transported to the hospital in our region this afternoon so I will brave these frigid Temps tomorrow and go see her, she'll be there until they have a room for her at the rehabilitation hospital which is two hrs away but it's where she needs to be and it's the best in all of NB. Anyway sleep well my friends and fellow Exers.
