It's the first snow day of the season , I'm sure the children and probably the teachers are happy but not so much the parents I doubt! 🙂 We got 10 1/2 inches with another storm following right behind this one many of you like me lives in a snow belt so it's expected and this has been the best November weather wise that I can remember in a long time so I can't complain but I am thankful that my husband won't be traveling again this winter so I won't have to do all of the shoveling which takes at least an hr each time it storms this much , with the front door , back door , basement door, garage door and the dog gate for her run, we do get plowed out but there's still lots of shoveling but thankfully smoking isn't an issue anymore because I am at a safe and secure place in my quit but I still remain vigilant and I always will because I don't ever want to go back to day ONE and I also know that it only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so let's always remain on guard while enjoying our Freedom . I never thought in a million years that I could quit smoking after 40 yrs but yay my friends and fellow Exers , here I am with 870 precious smoke free days and counting , was it easy? Hell NO ? was it worth it ?  Hell YES ! and I only want days WON , stick with your quit no matter what because I am here to tell you there's definitely life after cigarettes so keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days ! Have Faith in yourself , chin up , stay willing , determined and totally committed and getthrough the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings to come out the other side smiling, mind you it's going to take time to get there but you will ,one day at a time or if need be one minute or even one second at a time but you can and will succeed !

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
