I spent the day with my 80 yr old Father yesterday , he drove over from his place and picked me up we live 20 minutes apart from each other . We did some shopping and dropped into to see my sister , then Dad took me out for lunch for a late birthday present and the best part of the day was I didn't need to make Dad wait for me a half dozen or more times while I sucked on those yakies ( cigarettes ) which makes for a much nicer day for Dad as well as me plus by being an Exer I didn't or don't smell like a stinky old dirty disgusting ashtray . Please let's all of us keep our guard up and protect our precious quits whether we've been quit a wk a month , a yr or 10 yrs we must not become complacent and lazy thinking that nothing can cause us to relapse because we all know how powerful this addiction is and how a thought could turn into an action which would really suck big time so with Christmas upon us and all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season , let's be EXtra cautious and not ruin our perfectly beautiful quit ,let's instead enjoy the festivities and embrace our Freedom
