Life is so much better without the crutch but in order to get to the point of realizing it, first you must go through the withdrawals and cravings and roller coaster ups and downs first but boys oh boys , let me tell you that it's worth every blessed mood swing and rough patches to get to that good place , it's going to definitely take some time but it only stands to reason that it's going to because most of us smoked many decades so it takes time to relearn different ways of handling situations without the crutch of smoking but it's sooooooo very doable and absolutely worth everything you need to go through to be Free from the clutches of the dreaded cancer sticks , so hang on tight and continue stacking up those precious smoke free days , yay for another day WON ! I hope you like my Christmas avatar which was taken today , life really does get better and better as an Exer , life is grand without a cigarette in hand !
