There's no school today because of PD days so Mason spent the night last night , whew I wish I had just 1/10th of his energy which would be awesome but I probably have quite a bit more energy now since quitting smoking 865 days ago and I do know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I haven't had that horrid smokers cough where I choked and horked so badly, especially first thing in the mornings sitting outside with my coffee in the rain or the snow , wind , sleet , freezing rain or whatever trying to suck on that stupid cancer stick and nearly horking up a lung or maybe both . Wow isn't it amazing how powerful an addiction cigarettes are but I kicked my nicotine poison to the curb after 40 yrs of wasting my life to the slavery of the addiction and so has so many people here that's smoked 45 and 50 yrs and we are Free because we decided to take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded cancer sticks so if you haven't quit yet come join the ranks of being an EX SMOKER because quitting smoking is definitely doable and absolutely worth it and if you have quit and you are struggling hang on tight because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic but you must believe in yourself and keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days , another day WON is super fantastic! 🙂 going back to another day ONE would definitely suck big time so that'snot even an optionbecause Freedom is EXhilarating !

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
