I put in a rough night coughing but at least I'm not making it worse by sucking on a cancer stick anymore , isn't it amazing how when we were smoking that it didn't matter what kind of shape we were in that we had to to smoke no matter what or so we thought until we were willing , determined and 100 % committed to quitting then we realized that hey it's doable and why it took so long to realize it but it doesn't matter how long it takes to realize it as long as we do while we're still vertical . I smoked for 40 yrs and I know that there's folks here that smoked over 50 yrs that's enjoying life as an Exer and so can you!   N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever which will give you a beautiful smoke free life because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - Vigilance is key to success and if you've been quit for awhile - N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the early days and wks of your quit because relapsing would really suck big time because another day ONE is BOO compared to another day WON with a smile!  H . A . L . T - Hunger , anger , lonely , tired , let's take EXtra good care of ourselves so we can be around to enjoy a much better quality of life without the crutch of the dreaded nicotine poison !

Marilyn 859 DOF - days of Freedom or maybe 860 but hey I am Free and I remain vigilant each day while enjoying life as an Exer, I am a Happy quitter!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
