I find the older I get that the days , wks and months breeze by so much faster but thankfully I'm living a healthier lifestyle now since quitting smoking , It's been a wk today since I came down with some kind of a cold or flu bug , I had a flu shot the first wk of Oct , I am so glad I don't smoke anymore because If I was still smoking then I would be trying to suck on a killer cancer stick just the same and coughing and choking and possibly horking up a lung or maybe both because being an addict I thought I'd just had to have that cigarette even if it was going to kill me but now with well over two years quit and with this bug and my head is full of cold , my ears are aching , my throat hurts and my chest is full and I have a wheeze which makes me EXtremely thankful that I don't smoke anymore . I don't know if this is viral or not but if I don't feel better by tommorrow I will go to the hospital and get checked out . My brain is in a fog right now from coughing so hard and not getting much sleep so I'll just say quit smoking if you haven't and if you have and are going through some rough patches , please keep moving forward because life happens whether you smoke or not so please choose Freedom by continuing to move forward stacking up those precious smoke free days because quitting is difficult to say the least but it's absolutely doable and definitely worth it to be FREE !

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
