It's a dark dreary , drab , dismal drisslie dank day ,it's supposed to rain pretty much all day and that's great because we need as much as we can get before the freeze up , I wish I could share some of it with you Nancy but hopefully you'll get your much needed rain soon. whether it's raining where you are or it's a beautiful sunny day or maybe it's still dark , let's have the best day possible and let's be sure to protect our quits , it doesn't matter whether we're on day 1 or day 101 or 1001 or whatever . It's EXtremely important not to become complacent and lazy in our precious quits because it only takes a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so let's always remain vigilant while enjoying our Freedom . I mentioned yesterday that my daughter took me out for coffee I didn't mention she's a smoker and of course her car's a smoking car but I have no desire to relapse so that's great but I still am careful because if I happen to be stressed or in a frame of mind to think that just ONE won't hurt well thankfully that's where Vigilance comes in so I push it for ME just as much as I push it for you.So have the best day possible and smoke free because that's the best life for you and for me !

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
