It's sunny but cold at 27 degrees but nice and toasty in the house , my husband Mark is outside splitting wood while I am in here with you and a cup of coffee . I got a cold from somewhere , it's pretty much settled in the chest but it won't last too long especially now that I won't be trying to suck on a disgusting cancer stick and possibly horking up a lung or maybe both   being an Exer is nothing but positives but you must get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals , mood swings and cravings to get to that place where you realize that life really does get easier as time goes on so chin up and hang on tight because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic . I smoked for 40 yrs and never thought in a million years that I could quit smoking , I thought I'd never get any of the smoking related illnesses because that happened to other people but not me , I am thankful for finding out about my mild copd when I did otherwise I would've continued to smoke until it got alot worse. None of us are invincible so quitting smoking and remaining quit is the wisest decision that any of us can make,  taking back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison is the wisest and surest way of living a healthier lifestyle which means possibly adding a few more years of better quality of living !

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
