I thought I'd put My husband Mark and Mason on my profile pic for a little while , Mason was helping Gramp put a new post in for Sam's gate on the dog run , I hope each of you are having a relaxing evening and will enjoy a decent nights sleep . We had a great potluck supper with if I counted correctly 33 of us ranging in age from 7 wks old to 89 yrs old and just about every age in between , good food and good company and I think I should sleep half decent tonight . It's really great to be at a place in my quit that smoking isn't even a blimp on my radar and if anyone is struggling with your quit please stay close to this site , keep your mind as well as your hands occupied and know that you can and will be successful but you must believe in yourself and remain willing , determined and totally committed Freedom is yours for the taking reach out and grab it and hold on tight because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic !
