No matter what is happening please take a deep breath and don't let anything cause you to relapse because relapsing isn't an option , no way no how if you have to give your head a couple of shakes and think about what a horrible deal it would be to go back to another day ONE , so concentrate on today and please don't stress about tommorrow because whatever will be will be and I will stop right there ! life is going to happen good or bad and I have figured out that I can handle life on lifes terms without the crutch of smoking and so can you , chin up and hang on tight and continue to choose Freedom because life is so much better without the clutches of the dreaded cancer sticks ! when this evening rolls around stop and think about how great is to be able to look in the mirror and smile because you have ANOTHER DAY WON which I think is super fantastic and is definitely worth smiling about !
