I slept in until almost 8:30 this morning but now I'm running behind but that's alright because I really don't have anything pressing to do . My oldest sister in law called and asked me and our mother in law out for a coffee at Tim Hortons so I said sure but I need to get dressed since I'm still in my jammies , it's almost 9: 30 now and she'll be here at 10 o'clock so I wish each of you a blessed day and if you are reading this and haven't quit yet now is the time to take back your life while you can before it's too late and if you are struggling hang on tight because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic but you must get through the roller coaster ups and downs first , look for the light at the end of the tunnel maybe it's just a tiny little flicker right now but by continuing to move forward , that little flicker will get brighter and brighter but you must believe in yourself and keep stacking up those precious smoke free days and give your quit the time needed to relearn life without the crutch , many of us Exers have smoked for 40 yrs and more so it stands to reason that it's going to take some time to relearn different ways of handling lifes stressers and situations but it's absolutely going to happen and it's EXhilarating when you realize one day soon how much better life is since quitting smoking !
