It's Nov 2nd and it's HUMP DAY for the Mon Thru Fri working folks , my husband Mark reminds me each wk what Wednesday's stand for . whether you're on day 1  or day 1,001 or 10,001, let's always make sure that our quits remain our # 1 priority by continuing to realize how precious life is and how important it is to quit smoking and remain quit for our health , family and even our wallets will thank us for taking back our lives and protecting our quits with our lives because our lives are literally depending on us to stop playing Russian Roulette and to bite the bullet and live a life of Freedom because life is so much better without the crutch !
