Share your quitting journey
I live so far off the road that I only had my seven year old grandson Mason who's always been my little Mack Attack since he was only a few months old so he got quite a haul of his favorite chocolate which is mine too , Reeses peanut butter cups and Reeses pieces .:) I hope each of you my friends and fellow Exers had a good day and are enjoying your Halloween evening as well , remember if you are struggling with your quit that you need to stick with it and hang on tight , deep breaths and hang tough because it's going to take some time but unfortunately you must go through whatever cravings , withdrawals , mood swings and roller coaster ups and downs first but it's so worth it to be free from the clutches of the dreaded cancer sticks so keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days , sleep well tonight .
