Well crap, I forgot to copy my blog so I will just wish you the best smoke free day possible, if you are new here please stay close and read everything you can about quitting smoking and remaining quit because there's a wealth of information here to help you through the rough patches and if you are struggling hang on tight because there's definitely life after cigarettes so don't give up because victory is right around the corner so remain vigilant and continue to choose Freedom ,one day at a time or if need be one minute or even one second at a time but as long as you keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days then each evening you can smile and say YAY ANOTHER DAY WON and before too long life should start to get easier and easier as time goes on and you should be realizing how much better life is without the crutch so hang tough!

PS , in the blog that disappeared because I forgot to copy it, my husband Mark bought a new used chev cavalier one yr newer than the one I have at a good price with a 30 day return policy so Mark can look it over good, all of the parts plus 4 winter tires on rims will all work on my car so that really makes me happy!
