October is zooming right along and there's only one more Hump Day this month and Halloween is right around the corner and your American Thanksgiving is coming right up. We all have so much to be thankful for just being able to be here on this site wishing each other the best day possible while waking up with a coffee or a tea plus we are here to cheer each other on with our quits and life in general, we try to pick each other up because we care so remember that vigilance is key to success so let's always remain on guard for any unexpected stressers that could cause us to God forbid have a split second of thinking that just one won't hurt but if we remain vigilant while enjoying our new found freedom then we can just give our heads a shake and say that we don't smoke anymore and continue on with whatever we are doing because we all have a choice in whether we smoke or not so let's always choose NOT!
