We all know smoking kills but we can bite the bullet and stop poisoning ourselves and I for one am so very thankful for this community of caring people that helped me get to where I am today which is well over 2 glorious years of freedom. I was 100 % committed to succeed with this quit, I had tried unsuccessfully at least a half dozen times in my 40 yrs of smoking but let's put emphasis on tried because obviously I didn't put my heart and soul into those quits .I know now that educating ourselves on this horrid addiction and reading everything that we can about quitting and remaining quit is vital and there's a wealth of information here to strengthen your resolve to quit and live a life of freedom but it's a choice whether to smoke or not so I pray that each one reading this that hasn't quit yet or who is struggling will decide that living a smoke free life is so very doable so when it comes to protecting your life choose NOT to smoke!
