I got my little Mack Attack Mason off to school on this frosty morning but it's going to be another gorgeous day shaping up but whether things are good or bad, it's a great feeling when you realize that smoking isn't an issue anymore because you know life happens whether you smoke or not and once you know that you can function much better without the crutch than you can smile and start to really enjoy your new found freedom because N.O.P.E - (Not One Puff Ever) - really works when applied on a daily basis because S.I.N.A.O - (Smoking Is Not An Option) - if you have been quit for awhile and are having smoking memories then please (N.E.F ) - Never Ever Forget the early days and wks of your quit because you really don't want to go back to day one again but another day WON is super fantastic. Also H.A.L.T - (hunger, anger, lonely, tired) - I have a hard time with this one but just the same, smoking isn't even a blimp on my radar so sticking with our quits will give us a beautiful smoke free life......
