I got a pretty decent nights sleep and was up before 6:30 this morning so I could get my husband Mark to stir up a batch of bread before he left for work, I knead it down myself but it'sa great help on my hands if someone can do the stirring, I am baking it now 13 loaves and 10 rolls and Mason helped me make 2 batches of shortbread cookies which he calls frosting cookies, I am sending a batch of them home with him later on this afternoon. ,I am totally relieved about the colonoscopy yesterday or else I would have found out if something was seriously wrong. My stomach lining is like a rug burn so my Dr tells me and with the diverticulosis maybe a diet change will help but I am so glad that that's over with and I also am really happy to be an Ex smoker and be able to say to the nurses that I quit smoking over 2 yrs ago and that I am a Happy quitter. No more sneaking off somewhere sucking on a disgusting cancer stick but instead being able to go anywhere, anytime whenever, wherever and however without that crutch, stick with your precious ongoing beautiful splendiferous quits my friendsand fellow Exers because quitting smoking and remaining quit is absolutely doable and absolutely worth it to be Free so hang on tight because victory is right around the corner!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
