I started to write a blog about an hr ago but I got a phone call that lasted for over 45 minutes, anyway it's great to be an Ex smoker in a good place in my quit because I remember my smoking days 809 days ago, I probably would've smoked at least 5 cigarettes and 3 coffees especially where I hadn't been up very long. Stick with your precious ongoing beautiful splendiferous quits my friends because life without the crutch is the best decision anyone of us will ever make, no more playing Russian Roulette with our lives because our lives depends on remaining smoke free, chin up and hang on tight and keep plowing forward and stacking up those smoke free days!
