Wishing everyone a wonderful smoke free day because smoke free is the only life for you and for me, once we get past the first few weeks of our quits especially past the three and four month mark, it's like a light bulb comes on or at least that's how it was for me because all of a sudden I was becoming a very Happy Quitter, stick with your quit because life without the crutch of cigarettes is absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and mood swings to get to that good place so keep moving forward and stacking up your precious days of freedom.
