My sister has been moved from the hospital that's two and a half hrs away to our hospital that's twenty minutes away for at least two weeks until there's a bed at the rehabilitation hospital that's an hr and a half away, yay, yay and yay once I get a couple of things done, I'll be off to the hospital. Once we get past the 3 or even 4 months of our quits, which we call NML land because cravings and urges can kick us right square in the face from out of nowhere for no particular reason at all, that's why we keep plowing forward to get past it to a much better place but we must always remain vigilant and protect our precious quits because we all know that if we allow ourselves to become complacent we could without even realizing it put one of those cancer sticks near our face, God forbid that we allow that so stay on guard while we enjoy the benefits of smoke free living and it's 100 % positive, relapsing is not an option because that's 100 % negative. Our lives are depending on us to remain an Exer so let's continue on stacking up our precious days of freedom so at the end of each day we can smile and say YAY ANOTHER DAY WON!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
