I have a dentist appointment at 10 this morning for a filling so I hope anyone having a rough time with your quit will hang on tight because it's definitely going to take some time to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and mood swings but it's going to get easier and relearning how to deal with lifes emotions without the crutch of cigarettes takes time because most of us smoked for many, many decades so it only stands to reason that it's going to take some time but it's absolutely doable and vital to our health, family and even our wallets to quit and remain quit before it's too late once we reach that good place in our quits then we remain vigilant and protect our precious quits while enjoying our lives as Exers.
