I'm headed over to my Dad's in a little bit, he lives a half hour from me and then we'll be headed to the hospital to visit my sister, the hospital is two and a half hrs away but we'll make a good day of it and probably have a lunch out. I bought a basket and a whole bunch of little things like a book of crossword puzzles and stuff like that plus some junk food like chocolate, her nurse said I could bring anything that her heart desires which made me really happy. It's going to be a long day for my 79 yr old father and me but I won't smoke over it because I don't smoke anymore and if we go by N.O.P.E and as long as we N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the early days of our quits then we realize that S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option anyway, stick with your quit if you are struggling then hang on tight because victory is right around the corner, quitting smoking is very doable, difficult to say the least but absolutely doable and remaining quit is also very doable and so very worth it .
