Well I had a blog post all done and posted it and bam, only the tag line showed up, oh well I guess I won't smoke over it or anything else because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - because as long as I apply N.O.P.E - NOT One Puff Ever - and I N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the early days and wks of my quit then at the end of each and every day I can smile and say yay another day WON, stick with your quits because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic. This isn't anything like the original blog that I wrote but I have lots to do today so I wish everyone a wonderful smoke free Hump Day.
