Share your quitting journey
I'm late getting around this morning but my older sister called me early and we chatted for over an hr, she lives six hrs away in a different province so we try to keep in touch by phone. She doesn't have internet. Anyway I hope everyone will have a great day and if you are struggling hang tough and stay close to this site and if you haven't quit yet now is the time because quitting smoking is definitely difficult but absolutely doable and can save you a lot of pain and suffering from health issues that probably can be traced back to smoking so why not quit now or keep moving forward and hang on tight because victory is right around the corner, take your life back and once you get through the roller coaster ups and downs of mood swings and get to that good place in your quit then you can start to reap the benefits of an Ex smoker but hey, you don't have to believe me keep your quit and give yourself three months, four would be better because then you will realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes. Most of us smoked for decades upon decades and we were willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and yay we are stacking up our precious days of freedom and counting and you can too because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic .
