Every day deserves a huge YAY especially when we've been living a life without the dreaded cancer sticks, whether you are new to your quit or possibly you're struggling with roller coaster ups and downs of mood swings be assured that it's going to get easier but it's going to take some time. Most of us smoked for decades so it only stands to reason that it's going to take some time to relearn different ways of handling situations without the crutch of smoking, believe that you can and will be successful, remain willing, determined and totally committed and you can and will be an Ex smoker and at the end of each day you can smile and say YAY another day WON , stick with your precious quit so once you get to that good place you can reap the benefits of being able to go anywhere, anytime whenever, wherever and however without worrying about where you can find a corner to suck on a killer cigarette, YAY for us Exers because quitting smoking gives us a beautiful life of freedom so hang on tight and get through the rough patches because it's definitely doable and definitely worth it.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
