It's going to be a gorgeous day today, hubby just had a huge pancake breakfast which I didn't feel like this morning, Mason is still sleeping so here I am with you my friends and fellow Exers wishing you a fantastic day. If you are hiding in the shadows reading this then let us know you are here, maybe write a blog and tell us a little about yourself and your quit maybe we can help you in some way to quit smoking if you haven't yet or possibly strengthen your resolve to remain quit because if you are willing, determined and totally committed to be successful you can and will be. Let's be sure and remain on guard and protect our precious quits especially with summer coming and being outside lots and probably around smokers so we must remember why we quit and to N.E.F - Never Ever Forget the early days and wks of our quits because there's no reason on the face of this earth that's good enough to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit , remaining vigilant is key because at the end of each day being able to smile and say another day WON is absolutely wonderful and I love counting the days of freedom from the horrid cancer sticks.
